On many PREORDER ITEMS, I do require a deposit to place the order. This will guarantee stock for you when it arrives. All remaining balances on Preorders are due upon arrival of Stock. Once I recieve confirmation of my order being shipped to store, I will update the items arrival date to keep you informed to help with payment. For any reason you need to cancel you order, you must do so before it's PREORDER CUTOFF DATE. After the cutoff date, all orders are locked in and cannot be cancelled.
HOW WILL SMcG Customs SHIP MY ORDER?
I will ship your order to you via USPS Priority with FREE Delivery Confirmation included. Additional domestic insurance is optional and can be purchased below. I prefer shipping USPS Priority in order to give you the quickest and most reliable service. First Class Shipping is available on smaller orders, but ONLY UPON REQUEST. (A credit will be refunded to you if First Class Shipping is requested).
All International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority ONLY.
If you have a question about shipping rates for International orders, please contact me before you place your order. Additional insurance is not available for International shipping and will be covered only by the USPS indemnity coverage policy. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If your items do get lost, I will whatever I can to try to locate them and/or resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INSURE ALL OF YOUR ORDERS FROM DAMAGES. IN SOME CASES, I MAY BE ABLE TO RESOLVE DAMAGE ISSUES DIRECTLY. BUT, IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL DUE TO NEGLECT IN SHIPPING, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS. YOU MUST PURCHASE INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT.
WHAT IS SMcG Custom's RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction with out products is very important. If you purchase a product that is defective from the manufacturer, let us know and we will get it replaced for you.
Defective merchandise must be returned to us within 10 days of the original receipt of shipping.
Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer, but SMcG Customs will re-ship replacement products at no extra charge. If an item is SOLD OUT and cannot be replaced, we will refund your original purchase amount of that item only. We will not refund any return shipping costs.
We do understand that under some certain circumstances, things happen and you may not be able to return items right away due to post office hours and holidays.
If a situation should come up, we just ask that you let us know and keep us informed in order for us to keep these policies fair for everyone.
How do I place an order for an item seen on the website?
If you are interested in ordering any of the regular items seen on the website, simply add each item to your cart and specify any color options accordingly. Once you are done with your order you can check out and follow the on screen instructions for payment. Please make sure you put in your ship to location when you check out in order to calculate your shipping charges. If you forget, a separate invoice for shipping charges will be sent to you via paypal.
Are items seen on the website in stock?
Not all items are in stock due to the various color options, but I do keep a few of the basic colors readily available. If something isn't in stock at the time of your order, we will let you know and then promptly complete your order in full and let you know when it is shipped.
Are items seen on the website the same as a custom commission?
Items seen on the website are NOT conisdered commissions. These items are my most common offerings which can be readily made without having to put them in longer schedule.
How do I pay for the items seen on the website?
All items seen on the website are to be paid via PAYPAL. If you do not have a PAYPAL, please place your order using the Contact Us form below. Be sure to use the same items numbers and specify all colors and quantities needed.
What if I am interested in something custom made?
If you are interested in getting an item custom made, here are four basic items that I will need:
1) You will need a picture or sketch of the character or item.
2) An idea what kind of fabrics and colors you may want to use? (We can help you along the way)
3) What body do you plan to use with your completed custom request?
4) Do you have any particular "personal" touches or details you want us to follow.
Next, simply fill out the Contact Us form with as much information as possible on your request and that's it. I will confirm your request via email and start the commission process. If your PAYPAL address is different than your email address, please provide it in the phone number portion of the Contact Us form.
What I will do for you...
I will offer you any and every idea when it comes to chosing colors and fabrics. Not all fabrics and details are easily accessibly, but I will intensively search, if need be, to find what you are looking for in order complete your commission. My biggest priority is satisfying you, the customer.
I will give you a QUOTE FIRST which will outline everything requested, in detail as well as an ESTIMATED START and FINISH. THIS IS TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA ON THE OVERALL TIME FRAME AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Scheduling your order
After all of details in the quote are approved, I will then send a PayPal invoice for the required 25% deposit or payment in full to guarantee your spot in the schedule. Delayed payments and deposits may cause your order to be rescheduled to a later date than originally quoted. There are only a limited number of spots available per month for custom commissions. All deposits are non-refundable and are considered a commitment to the project.
